Short Version Review:
This is an excellent look at why some people/companies are successful, simply because of the way they approach their business. In many cases, it more about heart, commitment and "the journey" than it is about available resources and how success is measured. If I would have had the resources to expand my company and hire about a half dozen people (and trust me, I thought of it often), many of the principles discussed in this book would be cornerstones in the mission/objective of that company. Much of it I already practice in some form, but there's more I can do. Really inspiring.

Available at Amazon (Hardcover, Kindle and Audible)  and also as an Apple iBook.

Sinek has also done TED talks on the topic - this was posted in May of 2010, with over 2 million views. It's worth the 18 minutes.
